Rules & Conditions

• Vehicles must be driven in a safe and courteous manner on site (5 mph speed limit).
• 1 vehicle permitted, unless pre arranged at time of booking. Extra vehicles are charged at £5 per night. Please be aware, that if there is too much congestion, we may ask you to park a pre arranged second vehicle in another area of the site.
• Vehicles must not be parked between caravans as this area is 'fire break' ground. Cars parked here will breach our site license.
• Bryn Bach Caravan Park is not responsible for any damage caused in the siting of caravans nor whilst on site.
• Camping & Caravanning customers; arrival not before 2 p.m and departures must be by 11 a.m, or another days fee will be charged. A 25% deposit payable with booking. Remainder payable in full on arrival. If booking within 14 days of arrival, payment required in full.
• Glamping & Cottage customers; arrival not before 4 p.m and departures must be by 10 a.m, or another days fee will be charged. A 25% deposit payable with booking. Remainder payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, payment required in full.
• NO camp fires or fire pits, oil flame lamps or burning of any material which results in open flame. BBQs are welcome but must be raised off the grass using the bricks provided and NOT turned into fires. They will be put out and you’ll be asked to leave.
• Breathable grounds sheets must be used.
• All caravans must be sited in the same direction as adjacent vans, as instructed by the site manager.
• Bryn Bach Caravan Park is not responsible for any damage caused by others to your belongings whilst on site.
• Power must be set to 2kw maximum.
• No refunds given for ‘bad’ weather or early departure.
• Heating in caravans should be by LPG, not electric. No heaters in awnings.
• When attaching to electrical hook up boxes, a single cable must be used. NO adaptors at the hook-up box as this breaks the socket.
• Electric car charging is forbidden.
• Pitches must be kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
• Boats/jet skis/trailers/towing vehicles must be kept in the boat park at all times. Any flushing out/cleaning must be done in the boat park. Water point provided. £5 per night.
• Please recycle! Wheelie bins near the entrance;- Separate small blue GLASS bin - Separate big blue MIXED RECYCLABLES: paper/hard plastic/metal/tin/cardboard bin - Separate big green GENERAL WASTE bin for all other material.
• Due consideration must be shown to all visitors. Excessive noise or bad language will not be tolerated. We are a family site and the site manager reserves the right to ask guests to leave without a refund.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. In the interest of hygiene and safety, ALL excrement must be removed immediately and dogs must be exercised off site.
• All signs must be adhered to - they are there for a reason!
• We do not allow visitors/friends visit you whilst on site. At no time may any guests, other than those stated at the time of booking, occupy the pitch.
• Parents/Guardians: ensure you know where your children are at all times. You are responsible for your childrens actions and we expect them to be back at your pitch by dark or 10.30pm at latest. Please monitor your youngsters shower times to avoid excessive shower queues.
• If you/your children, fail to adhere to site rules, management reserve the right to evict guests without a refund.
• We love our site and enjoy nothing more than seeing our guests enjoying the site and facilities. Please respect others and the facilities provided at all times.
